Linking Practitioner Accounts (Doctors & Stylists)
For doctors (Clinics) and stylists (Salons) to log in and manage their own calendar overrides and bookings, link their profile in two simple steps:
Invite User Account (Team)
Under Team, invite the staff member by email and assign the Doctor role (for clinics) or Stylist role (for salons).
Link Schedule Calendar
Open the practitioner profile under Doctors (Clinics) or Stylists (Salons), and select their invited email in the "Link User Account" field.
Managing Clients & Clearing Patch Test Status
For salons and aesthetic centers, patch test compliance is vital for safety. The WhatsApp bot automatically verifies cleared patch tests before confirming bookings for high-sensitivity treatments (e.g. Chemical Peels, Hair Dyes, Deep Facials).
How to Manually Clear a Client’s Patch Test:
- Navigate to the Clients tab in your dashboard sidebar.
- Search for the client by Name or Phone Number and click on their profile.
- Locate the Service Patch Tests section listing all sensitive services.
- Select the Cleared status pill next to the passed service.
- Click Save to update the client’s safety record in the database.
Once a service patch test status is set to Cleared, the WhatsApp AI will immediately recognize this. The client will no longer receive automated warnings or blocks when booking this service in the future.
